These terms govern your use of the Full Stack Data Solutions website and related services.
Effective date: August 28, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using fsdatasolutions.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. “FSDS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Full Stack Data Solutions.
2. Website Information
The website provides information about FSDS and its data, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud consulting services. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, security, or compliance advice.
3. Consulting Services
Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement, statement of work, order form, or data processing agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for the applicable services. Website descriptions, estimates, and consultation discussions do not create an engagement or guarantee a particular outcome.
4. FSDS Search Campaign Manager
The FSDS Search Campaign Manager is a private, internal-use tool operated by authorized FSDS personnel. It uses the Google Ads API to create, validate, manage, and report on FSDS-owned Google Ads campaigns. It is not a public software service and is not licensed to clients or third parties.
Access to Google Ads data through this tool is subject to our Privacy Policy, the Google API Services User Data Policy, and the terms applicable to the connected Google account and Google Ads account.
5. Authorized Use and Account Security
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. Restricted systems and tools may be accessed only by people expressly authorized by FSDS. Authorized users must protect their credentials, use approved accounts and devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
You may not:
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or administrative functions without permission.
- Interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the website or related systems.
- Introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, or bypass technical restrictions.
- Use FSDS content, systems, or services to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, its original content, branding, graphics, and software are owned by FSDS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit that material without prior written authorization.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The website and FSDS systems may connect to third-party services such as Google, cloud providers, analytics platforms, scheduling services, or social networks. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. FSDS does not control and is not responsible for third-party services. Google Ads and Google are trademarks of Google LLC; FSDS is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google LLC.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” FSDS does not warrant that the website will always be available, error-free, or free from harmful components. FSDS does not guarantee advertising approval, placement, cost, traffic, conversions, or other business results from Google Ads or any other platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FSDS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Liability relating to paid consulting services is governed by the applicable written services agreement.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information, including data accessed through Google APIs. By using the website, you acknowledge those practices.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our website, services, practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
