  • For client projects, we follow your policies and agreements regarding which platforms and models can be used and how data must be protected.
  • We aim to leverage privacy-preserving architectures, such as data minimization, role-based access controls, and environment isolation where appropriate.

Application-specific disclosure

FSDS Search Campaign Manager

The FSDS Search Campaign Manager is a private tool used by authorized Full Stack Data Solutions personnel to create, review, manage, and report on FSDS-owned Google Ads campaigns. It is not offered to clients, advertisers, agencies, or the general public.

Google Data We Access

The tool requests the Google Ads OAuth scope and accesses only the Google Ads data needed for its internal campaign-management functions, including:

  • Google Ads customer and account identifiers.
  • Campaigns, budgets, ad groups, ads, keywords, targeting, and bidding settings.
  • Assets, conversion actions, policy status, and campaign status.
  • Aggregate performance metrics and available search-term reporting.

How We Use Google Data

  • Authenticate authorized FSDS operators.
  • Validate and create campaign changes for operator review.
  • Manage budgets, ads, keywords, targeting, and campaign status.
  • Retrieve performance reports for FSDS campaign monitoring and planning.
  • Troubleshoot errors, policy issues, and campaign configuration.

We do not use Google Ads data to build profiles about users or to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Storage and Protection

OAuth credentials and tokens are kept in restricted secret storage outside the source code repository. Access is limited to authorized FSDS personnel. We use access controls, encrypted connections, redacted operational logs, and secure development practices to protect the data.

We retain credentials, campaign configuration, operational logs, and reporting data only for as long as needed to operate, secure, and maintain the tool or meet legal obligations. Access credentials are deleted or revoked when they are no longer required.

Sharing and User Control

We do not sell Google user data. We do not share or transfer it to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties, except when required to operate the tool through authorized service providers, comply with law, protect security, or with the account owner’s direction.

An authorized user may revoke the tool’s access through their Google Account permissions or contact info@fsdatasolutions.com to request revocation or deletion of applicable data.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Full Stack Data Solutions’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for services such as website hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These providers may process limited personal data on our behalf and are required to handle it securely and in line with their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

How We Protect Your Data

Security is at the core of our work. While no system can be 100% secure, we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your information, including:

  • Access controls and role-based permissions.
  • Use of reputable cloud providers and encryption where appropriate.
  • Segregation of client environments and data when required.
  • Secure development and deployment practices for our solutions.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by law, contracts, or regulatory obligations.

For client project data, retention is governed by our agreement with you. At the end of an engagement, we can return or delete data in line with the contract and your instructions.
